The Career Brand LLC Coaching Academy encompasses multiple 1:1 and group sessions to enhance your overall potential. We begin by discussing your goals, assessing your skills, and developing an incremental and measurable growth plan tailored to your needs. There are two types of 1:1 coaching paths: “Personal Career and Brand Coaching” and “Quality Initiatives and Client Services (QICS)” Review the brochure to identify the plan that best meets your needs.
Personal Career and Brand Coaching
Unlock Your Potential with Personalized Career and Branding Coaching. This program is perfect for the individual interested in growing in their career. If you have your eye on your next promotion or want to strengthen how you are seen in your current role, this package is ideal. Choose from 3, 5, or 10 sessions. Sessions are scheduled at times that best meet your schedule. Sessions are typically scheduled at least 1 to 2 weeks apart to provide time for you to implement what you’ve learned.
For an extra boost, The Career Brand’s ECI2 program has been added to the Silver and Gold packages to provide a holistic approach that better prepares you for success.
Quality Initiatives and Client Services (QICS)
Our QICS program is for professionals who need to make an immediate impact in their roles. Are you suffering from Imposter Syndrome and worried about performing effectively?
This package is like having a personal consultant, a trainer, and a coach wrapped into one bundle.
Suppose you need guidance around launching an initiative, leading a project, building metrics for your business, identifying performance gaps, or creating controls. In that case, the QICS package provides leaders with added help to increase their executive business acumen and deliver sought-after results.
